EU Industry Days takes place in Brussels on 5 and 6 February 2019.
CECIMO's session at the event, “Manufacturing and 4.0 Skills”, is on 6 February 2019 (12:00-13:30) at The Egg, Brussels (Click here to register).
The European manufacturing industry is the engine of innovation, productivity, jobs, growth and trade. Therefore, our session will be focused on the top priority of EU Industrial policy – skills for industry and the digital transformation.
The third EU Industry Days conference will have a greater focus on societal aspects of industrial policy and will demonstrate how EU policies will positively affect the lives of European citizens.
With that in mind, the event will also feature 'Open Door Events', where industrial organisations can open their doors to the public and demonstrate their achievements. The initiative would be an excellent opportunity for the public - especially young people - to see the contributions European industry makes to society.
If you are interested in participating in the Open Door Days, as part of the wider EU Industry Week, you can find out more here. You have until 15 January to register.
