CECIMO Meetings

CECIMO delegates meet twice a year during the Spring and Fall meetings

to discuss current European trends for the machine tool industry and related manufacturing technology, debate the global economic situation and exchange best practices or national projects. They determine the strategy of CECIMO and its upcoming actions.

Our members joined us for the CECIMO Spring Meetings in Rüschlikon, Switzerland, from 15 to 18 June 2019.

The programme was dense, but the agenda covered burning issues. Our interactive sessions focussed on the machinery directive, cybersecurity, macro-economic trends and additive manufacturing. Beside this, we invited high-level guests from business and politics, to participate in our main session to discuss with you “Artificial Intelligence and Skills”. Watch the video below that sums up speakers’ ideas and main takeaways.

Do you want to know who briefed our members about standardisation or cyber-security? Discover the profiles of our high-level speakers in their dedicated page.
