• Fill in the template with the requested information.
• When finished, save/export the presentation as a PDF.
• Keep the PDF ready—you will upload it in Step 2.

Step 2 — Submit your application

• Complete the online application form.
• Upload the PDF you created in Step 1.
• Submit the form.
