CECIMO has Manufacturing at Heart

CECIMO is proud to endorse ‘Manufacturing at Heart’, the campaign launched this spring by Orgalime (the European Engineering Industries Association) and CEEMET (the Council of European Employers of the Metal, Engineering and Technology-Based Industries). By educating and informing both decision makers and European citizens, the campaign aims to help them fall back in love with manufacturing.
Advanced manufacturing technologies, among which are machine tools, have been recognized as key enabling technologies by the European Commission. As such, CECIMO and its 15 member national associations are truly working to achieve a more competitive and sustainable manufacturing industry in Europe. CECIMO’s support to the campaign is totally in line with its mission.
