Terms and Conditions – Economic and Statistical Toolbox Purchase

1. General Conditions

1.1 CECIMO aisbl (Boulevard Brand Whitlock 165, 1200 Brussels, Belgium) is the owner of the CECIMO Economic and Statistical Toolbox (hereinafter referred to as “Toolbox”) and is empowered to accept or reject purchase applications. CECIMO’s decisions regarding such applications are final.

1.2 The submission of a signed purchase form constitutes a legally binding contract between the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser”) and CECIMO. 

1.3 Reselling the Toolbox is strictly forbidden without prior authorization from CECIMO. 

2. Payment Terms and Conditions

2.1 The total amount due for the purchase of the Toolbox will be invoiced upon receipt of the signed purchase form (commitment form) and is to be paid within 10 days of the invoice date.

2.2 Any bank charges incurred during the payment process are to be borne by the Purchaser.

2.3 The Purchaser is prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or otherwise making the Toolbox available to third parties without prior written consent from CECIMO.

2.4 Access to the Toolbox will only be granted once the Purchaser has fulfilled all payment obligations as stipulated in the contract and these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Modifications to Terms

CECIMO reserves the right to modify the provisions of these Terms and Conditions at any time.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from the execution or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to be governed by Belgian law, and the commercial courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction over such disputes.
