WHO IS AM EUROPE ?
AM Europe is a pan-European initiative built on more than a decade of CECIMO’s engagement with European institutions in Brussels.
The initiative brings together over 700 companies across the additive manufacturing value chain and was founded by CECIMO and national associations to provide a stronger and more unified voice for the sector at European level.
Our objective is to connect industry and policymakers, facilitate collaboration across Europe, and ensure that additive manufacturing receives the attention it deserves as a strategic manufacturing technology.
In essence, AM Europe serves as a platform where industry stakeholders can align priorities and engage more effectively with European decision-makers.

Our vision is simple but ambitious: to establish the European Union as a global powerhouse for additive manufacturing.
Europe already possesses many of the key ingredients—strong industrial capabilities, world-class research, innovative companies and advanced manufacturing expertise.
The challenge now is to better connect these strengths and accelerate industrial deployment at scale.
KEY MARKET TRENDS IN THE EUROPEAN ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING SECTOR
Between July and August 2026, CECIMO, the European Association of Manufacturing Technologies, organized the twelfth round of its European Additive Manufacturing Survey, which aims to assess key market trends in the Additive Manufacturing (AM) sector.
It is a six-month survey that will help the industry record trend indications for key business areas, such as domestic business, AM exports, orders by type of material, client industry demand and investment trends
